How Rental Pricing Works

Production Rental Rate Guide

Our rental pricing is designed around common production schedules. Multi-day rentals are billed using discounted rental-day blocks, making it easier to plan shoots, prep days, and returns.

1–3 Days

1 Day Rate

Rent for 1, 2, or 3 calendar days and pay the 1-day rental rate.

4 Days

2 Day Rate

A 4-day rental is billed as 2 rental days.

5 Weekdays

3 Day Rate

A 5-weekday rental is billed as 3 rental days.

6–7 Days

4 Day Rate

A full week rental is typically billed as 4 rental days.

The Basic Rule

More Days, Better Value

Most production rentals are not just one quick pickup and return. You may need time for prep, loading, shooting, backup shoot days, or returning equipment after wrap.

That is why our pricing is structured to make multi-day rentals easier for working productions.

  • 1–3 days = 1 rental day
  • 4 days = 2 rental days
  • 5 weekdays = 3 rental days
  • 6–7 days = 4 rental days
  • Weekends may count as 1 rental day when applicable

Quick Pricing Example

Important Notes

Before You Book

Rental pricing may vary depending on equipment availability, rental dates, package size, pickup timing, return timing, and approved rental terms.

Availability Matters

Submitting a rental request does not guarantee availability until the rental is reviewed and confirmed.

Payment Secures Rental

Payment is due before pickup and helps secure your reservation once the rental is approved.

Late Returns Add Charges

Equipment returned after the scheduled return date may be billed for additional rental days.
