This creates a safer, more flexible rental experience and allows approved renters to retrieve and return equipment on their own schedule within the rental window.
All equipment exchanges are performed through our trailer lockbox system. New renters receive the current lockbox code after the required ID and renter verification steps are completed.
Once approved, you may pick up your rental beginning at 12:00 AM on the pickup day and return it as late as midnight on the scheduled drop-off day.
