We accept short-term or annual rental equipment insurance. Your policy must cover the full replacement value of all rental items for the entire rental period, including pickup and drop-off days.

Credit card authorization option
Optionally, you can provide a credit card where we will authorize it for the full replacement value of the rental items for the duration of your rental if you do not have insurance.
Athos Insurance
The insurer handles the application, payment, policy, and certificate. Coverage is not active until the insurer confirms it and the rental desk verifies the documents.
Submit your certificate of insurance
Short-term and annual policies are accepted. The policy must cover rented equipment from others for at least the total replacement value throughout the entire rental period, including pickup and drop-off days, and list LA Film Rentals as certificate holder or loss payee as requested.
Insurance is offered and issued by the selected insurer, not by this rental website. Staff approval is required before equipment release.
